How much does shipping cost?

Will I have to pay international customs or import taxes?

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, absolutely. Once your package leaves our facility, it generates an automated shipping confirmation email complete with your carrier tracking link so you can follow its journey easily.

What happens if I am not available to receive my package?

How long do I have to return an item and what are the conditions?

In accordance with legal regulations, you have a maximum period of 14 days counted strictly from the official date of delivery to return your purchase. Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in perfect pristine condition, and must retain all original retail hangtags, security labels, and protective original packaging.

How do I process a return?

Do I have to pay for my return?

Yes. We apply a fixed flat return fee that varies by region, which will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount when the return is processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You can consult the exact flat fee for your country on our Shipping & Return page

Can I exchange my item for a different size or product?

Because we consciously work with limited drops and deadstock fabrics, our apparel items exist in highly exclusive quantities and we cannot guarantee size or product exchanges. All exchanges must be processed as a standard return for a refund, and the alternative item must be ordered separately online.

Where is Bela Bera produced?

Designed and produced in Portugal, our collections are manufactured in limited quantities using deadstock fabrics sourced from Portuguese suppliers. We work closely with local partners to create clothes with intention, character, and quality.

How should I care for my items?

To extend the lifecycle of your unique pieces, we recommend following the specific wash and care instructions printed on the inner composition label of each garment. Additionally, on each individual product page you can also check the recommended proper care guidelines for that specific piece.
