Order Processing

All orders placed on Bela Bera are processed on weekdays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (WET), excluding weekends, and public holidays. Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for order preparation before dispatch.

Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Windows

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown at checkout, allowing you to review them before completing your payment. Below you’ll find our flat shipping rates and estimated delivery times by region:

  • Portugal Mainland: 5.00€ | 24 to 48 hours.
  • Portugal (Madeira & Azores): 9.00€ | 2 to 5 business days.
  • Spain Mainland: 6.00€ | 24 to 48 hours.
  • Spain (Balearic Islands): 11.00€ | 2 to 5 business days.
  • Spain (Canary Islands): 16.00€ | 2 to 5 business days.
  • European Union - Zone 1: Standard: 12.00€ (3 to 5 business days) / Express: 15.00€ (1 to 3 business days).

(Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Netherlands).

  • European Union - Zone 2: Standard: 16.00€ (3 to 5 business days) / Express: 22.00€ (1 to 3 business days).

(All other EU countries not listed in Zone 1).

  • United Kingdom (UK): 18.00€ | 3 to 5 business days.
  • Switzerland: 18.00€ | 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Shipping may be slightly slower during sales, product drops, or peak holiday seasons. Sadly, we cannot control delays resulting from external postal strikes or carrier disruptions.

Delivery Attempts & Tracking

  • Delivery Attempts: To ensure your garments reach you safely, our shipping carriers will make up to two delivery attempts at the specific address provided during your checkout. If both attempts fail due to the recipient being unavailable, the parcel may be directed to a local pick-up point or returned to our facility, and additional re-shipping fees may apply.
  • Tracking Your Order: All Bela Bera orders are fully tracked. Your tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email so you can follow its journey easily.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For delivery destinations outside the European Union (including the UK and Switzerland), please note:

  • Shipping costs do not include local import duties or taxes, which must be paid entirely by the recipient. Bela Bera is not responsible for any customs-related charges or for parcels rejected at customs.
  • If a “Duties” line appears during checkout, it means those import fees are already included in your payment — you won’t be charged any additional costs upon delivery.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery on all standard orders. Any issue with your order (damaged packaging, wrong items) must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • The garment must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect pristine condition.
  • Items must retain all original retail hangtags, security labels, and protective original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Process a Return (Step-by-Step)

To initiate your return, please follow these steps through our customer account portal:

  1. Access our Returns Portal on our website and follow the interactive steps to register your return request.
  2. Receive Instructions: Once your return request is accepted, you will receive an automated email with all the necessary details and instructions on how to drop off your package.
  3. Package Your Items: The returned items must be securely packaged in their original condition with all original retail labels attached. You can reuse our shipping bag or use a new protective one. Any Bela Bera product that is returned damaged, dirty, washed, used, or deteriorated will not be refunded and will be made available for the client to pick up at our warehouse at their own expense.
  4. Faulty or Wrong Items: If you are returning a product because it arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please do not use the standard portal. Instead, contact us directly via email at hello@belabera.com providing your order number and attaching clear pictures of the issue. Our Customer Service team will review your case immediately to provide a solution.

Please Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There is a return fee that will be deducted from your final refund when the return is processed.

Return Fees

The rates listed below represent our standard flat return fees, which are established based on current carrier rates and are subject to future updates depending on third-party logistics adjustments. These flat fees will be deducted from your total refund amount:

  • Portugal Mainland: 6.70€
  • Portugal (Madeira & Azores): 10.00€
  • Spain Mainland: 7.70€
  • Spain (Balearic Islands): 12.00€
  • Spain (Canary Islands): 18.00€
  • European Union - Zone 1: 13.00€

(Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Netherlands).

  • European Union - Zone 2: 17.00€

(All other EU countries not listed in Zone 1).

  • United Kingdom (UK): 19.00€
  • Switzerland: 19.00€

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If your refund hasn’t arrived after this period, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary). If none of the above steps resolve the issue, email us at hello@belabera.com.

Exchanges

Bela Bera is a small independent business working with limited drops and deadstock fabrics, which means our items exist in highly exclusive quantities. Because of this, we cannot guarantee size or product exchanges.

We do not offer direct international or domestic exchanges. All exchanges must be processed as a standard return through our portal for a refund, and the alternative size or new item must be ordered separately online.
